My staff member knew nothing at the beginning. Now because of her training with Redmako, I am very confident in her.
Renee started to work at Muffin Break Mt Ommaney in November 2012. It was her first job, so she didn’t know anything at the beginning. Initially I would only let her do dishwashing and cleaning jobs other than basic customer service. When she began training with Redmako, she started to improve a lot. Now, she can do excellent customer service – I am very confident with her now. After she got training in making coffee (through the Redmako traineeship), she understood the basic knowledge of coffee, so we started to practice lots on making coffee. Now she can make great coffee and I let her make coffees every time she works. I would like to say thanks to Michael (the trainer) and Redmako. Michael is an awesome trainer and he did an excellent job.
