Students will learn to:
- Use safe hygiene practices for preparation, display, handling, service, storage and disposal of food
- Prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illness.
Under the Food Act 2006, all licensable food businesses in Queensland must have a Food Safety Supervisor.
