SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

The types of things you’ll learn will be:

  • How to prepare appetisers, salads, stocks, sauces, soups, farinaceous dishes, hot and cold desserts, pastries, cakes, yeast goods, vegetables, fruit and eggs.

  • You’ll also learn how to select, prepare and cook poultry, seafood and meat;

  • and how to plan and prepare food for buffets and much more.
