I have worked in Hospitality for many years though never received formal training. This course has opened my eyes to things I never thought of or wasn’t sure of. The course has made me understand things are more complex then they seem. I am very happy I did the training with Redmako.
My trainer Deidre is probably one of the most lovely people I have ever met. She always has a smile and talks to me like I am a friend, not just someone she has to see for work. I feel I can ask her anything – she is very knowledgeable and doesn’t make me feel silly if she has to explain something to me.
The best thing about training with Redmako is that I can do the study when I have time. I have regular meetings with my trainer to ask questions and to have that support there. Sometimes it can be a bit daunting if left on your own for study, but this way I’m always getting stuff done.
The biggest benefit of doing a traineeship is the confidence in knowing that the job you are doing is going to be done right because you have the required skills and are properly informed.
If other students or employees were considering training with Redmako I’d tell them to go for it. You will be glad you did.
